왜 생각을 다뤄야 하는가:

사람은 상황 때문에 무너지는 것이 아닙니다. 생각 때문에 무너집니다.

같은 상황에서도 누군가는 무너지지 않고 누군가는 반복해서 무너집니다. 그 차이는 바로 생각의 흐름입니다.

문제의 구조: 삶의 무너짐은 이렇게 시작됩니다.

상황 → 생각 → 감정 → 행동 → 결과. 문제는 상황이 아니라 생각이 자동으로 이어지는 구조입니다.

불안, 분노, 중독, 관계 갈등, 모두 여기서 시작됩니다.
